Our team had discovery sessions with the client team for gathering the requirements. The team prepared a business requirement document and get it reviewed and signed off with the client.
The team then prepared a prototype of the website and the mobile app and shared with the client, after few iterative rounds the prototype was signed off.
The development team then started the development and build was shared with the client every week.
Intermediate feedback were noted in the change request document which was incorporated in the last sprint of the project.
